• Lab/Mic Associate TSS
  Take your knowledge of the laboratory and your career to the next level at SCC Soft Computer! Work with our clients to troubleshoot our software utilized by hospitals and laboratories across the world. This position is full-time, Monday-Friday, with weekends off and room for advancement. 
• Client Relations Manager
  We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer relationships and resolving issues. You will be responsible for evaluating client requests, negotiating with clients, and ensuring that their needs are met. You will also be responsible for managing billing and financial reporting.
• Genetics Associate Support Specialist Lvl 1
  The Genetics Associate Support Specialist Level 1 is responsible for Integration, Smoke, and Hot Fix correction testing of the Genetics products when loaded on an SCC system or a client test environment as directed by the Team Lead or Support Manager. Assists in getting Post Live issues resolved in a timely manner via supervised troubleshooting of Genetics and related applications.
• Blood Bank Associate TSS
  Start your professional career at SCC Soft Computer. We are looking for an entry-level Blood Bank TSS to join our team. This position will include basic Blood Bank, Donor, and Laboratory theory and logic with an emphasis on expanding and troubleshooting LIS skills. This position offers an opportunity for advancement as well as competitive benefits.
• Associate Client Relations Manager
  The Associate Client Relations Manager is responsible for providing more detailed follow-up for the Client Relations Managers. They will have more direct client contact. This position works under limited direction for CRM's and will provide in office back-up support for the CRM's during the CRM client site visits.
